Chi Kung exercises
Csi means air, vitality and energy. The meaning of kung is effort, cultivation.
In this way Csi Kung is the cultivation of life energy, vitality for a long time.
Monday: 9.00 a.m. -10.00a.m.
Tuesday: 06.30-07.30 a.m.
Thursday: 7.00 p.m. 8.00 pm.
The exercises are useful for the most common sicknesses, for example:
Back and waist pains, joint problems, stress, nervousness,
high blood pressure, digestive problems, problems with blood circulation, tiredness, weight control, sexual problems,
allergic symptoms, sight problems and in case of depression.
After the exercises you will feel a general well- being and freshness.
The exercises are useful for the healthy organism, as well as for the sick organism. It moves all your body, all your joints and your circulation.
It does not need any previous training, any special skills, it can be easily learnt in older age, too.
